Many training providers serve the temporary purposes and provide basic random information regarding Agribusiness through FPOs, but they doesn’t actually train the participants on how to actually perform the functions necessary for successful constitution of an FPO. Many times, the trainers themselves may not have the field experience and actual orientation of agribusiness and FPO Management. The actual/practical processes in FPO Management always come along with tricks and techniques which we have learned during our journey of establishing 100+ FPOs. Registration of FPO is just an event. The four important phases in FPO Management are Pre-Registration Phase, Post Registration Phase, Business Development Phase and Networking Phase. We have designed our Certified Courses keeping in mind the FPO lifecycle and what tricks, knowledge and skills would be required by the participants at various levels of FPO lifecycle.
